Villa Ronchetti is a lovely villa in the Terrasini area (10 km from Palermo International Airport, Falcone & Borsellino, and about 30 km from downtown Palermo.)
Villa Ronchetti literally overhangs the coastline, and built on a protruding cliff, enjoys a truly panoramic view of Western Sicily's seascape.
What's more, the shore is easily accessible by foot from the villa by way of a little path, which leads directly to the bay just beneath.
Inside the villa is a living room with wide panoramic windows facing the sea.
A small corridor leads to a cheery and colorful kitchen equipped with all the necessities.
The corridor also links to three bedrooms: one with a queen size bed, another with a French double bed and one with a single bed.
