Villa Scorcese is located near Castellammare del Golfo and overhangs the reefs of Cala Bianca (White Cove), named from the white colour of the rock.
Its distance from Palermo International Airport is about 40 km and it is approximately 3 km from the centre of Scopello village, the antique Cetaria, once known as a major tuna fishing centre and nowadays famous for its crystal waters and characteristic cliffs.
The villa is also about 3 km from the nature reserve park, Lo Zingaro, full of beautiful flora and fauna.
The Villa is constructed on the ground level.
The bedrooms are distributed as follows: one double bedroom with queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, one triple bedroom with bunk beds and one single bed, and a bedroom with French beds.
There is another bathroom with tub, shower and washing machine.
The living room is surrounded by two verandas.
One of the verandas has a magnificent sea view over Cala Bianca and the second veranda is orientated to face the yard.
There is a fireplace in the living area, which creates a warm and cozy atmosphere.
Villa Scorcese has one internal kitchenette with stove top and fridge and is provided with all the necessary utensils and cutlery and it also has another spacious external kitchen, which is equipped with a barbeque and furnace.
Relaxing outside on the veranda or sitting on some of the benches around the kitchen, guests can enjoy the pleasant view of the well-maintained garden, full of different Mediterranean plants, all in harmonious contrast with the white and blue colored house.
The decor of the house is mostly influenced by Mediterannean trends with subtle arabesque details.
There is also an attractive outdoor swimming pool for the hot summer days.
Additionally, there is a dependent guestroom with a private bathroom, which can host 2 people and can be rented upon request and quoted separately.
There is a parking lot a street outside of the villa, which leads to the sea and a small rocky beach approximately 450 meters away.
