Villa di Maggio is a two storey house.
On its ground floor there is a spacious living-dining area surrounded by windows which allow an abundance of natural light to fill the pace.
From these windows, there is a pleasant view of the Mediterranean garden.
Di Maggio's interior is characterized by a cozy elegance, enhanced by a charming open fireplace.
The well equipped kitchen is decorated with beautiful hand painted majolica tiles, typical Sicilian handcraft.
A glass door connects the kitchen with the aforementioned outdoor, fully equipped barbeque area.
On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with one French bed, and a bathroom with shower and a laundry room.
A staircase in the living room leads to the upper floor with extra bedrooms.
In the main bedroom there is a queen sized bed with an upholstered headboard, a tiled floor, antiques, bedside tables, and spectacular views of Cala Bianca that give a romantic and warm atmosphere.
The second bedroom with queen sized bed has simple, elegant furnishings and the third bedroom, also with queen sized bed, has a small terrace.
There is a fourth bedroom with a bathroom with tub.
Villa di Maggio is immersed in a garden of Mediterranean plants, palms and olive trees spread along the path that lead to the swimming pool, which is reserved exclusively to the guests.
The villa also has a small dependance which is not available for rentals, but is often occupied by visitors of the owners' and is never a disturbance to Di Maggio's guests.
A parking area inside the property is available.
